1. Data controller

The data controller is Movie Game Spain S.L., a Spanish company registered at Calle Gran Vía 142, 4ª planta, 28013 Madrid, Spain (CIF B-87234561). For any privacy-related question you can write to [email protected] or call our office on +34 910 234 567 during Spanish business hours.

2. What we actually collect

We have deliberately built a low-data product. In practice we only handle:

• Browser environment — anonymised IP fragment, user-agent, screen size and preferred language, used to render the page correctly and to mitigate abuse.
• Game state — your virtual credit balance and bet preferences are stored in your own browser via local storage. They never leave your device.
• Messages you send us — name, email and the text of any contact-form submission, processed only to reply to you.
• Aggregated usage — anonymous counts of page views and rounds played, only if you opt in to analytics cookies.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any payment data, identity documents or biometric information.

3. Why we use it

• To operate the website and the free reel game.
• To answer messages you voluntarily send through the contact form.
• To detect technical incidents, bugs and abusive traffic.
• To understand, in aggregate, which themes are most popular so we can improve the catalogue.

4. Legal grounds (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contractual necessity for delivering the page you requested.
• Legitimate interest in keeping the service stable and free of abuse.
• Your consent for any optional analytics cookies — given through the cookie banner and revocable at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We rely on a small number of vetted service providers acting as processors: a European hosting partner that serves the website, an email relay used to receive contact-form messages, and a privacy-friendly analytics tool that records anonymised events only. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements compliant with the EU GDPR.

6. International transfers

Our servers and processors are located within the European Economic Area. If a transfer outside the EEA ever becomes necessary, we will rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

• Contact-form messages: up to 12 months after our last reply.
• Aggregated analytics: up to 14 months.
• Server access logs: 30 days.
• Local-storage data (credits, bet, cookie choice): until you clear it from your browser.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 you may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing. Send your request to [email protected]; we reply within one calendar month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

9. Children

The website is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the site, please contact us so we can remove any related data.

10. Updates to this notice

If we change anything material in this notice we will update the "last updated" date at the bottom and, where appropriate, surface the change through the cookie banner the next time you visit.
